Regulatory examination work

Any regulated business which holds client money needs to ensure that it complies with its governing body's regulations regarding the stewardship of client money.

Whether your business is a law firm and has to comply with the SAR or a property managing agency which has to comply with ARLA we can act as Reporting Accountants and have the in-house expertise to examine your client accounting records and prepare the necessary annual compliance report.

As part of the work we will provide you with a management letter detailing any weaknesses in your systems and making recommendations regarding how controls may be improved.

If you have concerns in the area of client fund management and do not wish to wait for your annual compliance work to identify any issues we will provide you with an independently commissioned review of your client accounting systems – according to a specific scope and to an agreed fixed fee which suits your budget.
